Weekly Wanted: Wishlit Wonders #2

This is just a quickie post. My weekly wanted, number two, as expected:

1. The Clique by Lisi Harrison
Meet the clique: Massie Block - with her glossy brunette bob and clear white smile, Massie is the uncontested ruler of the Clique and the rest of the social scene at Octovian Country Day School, an exclusive private school at Westchester, New York. Dylan Marvil - Massie's second in command, Dylan divides her time between sucking up to Massie and sucking down Atkins shakes to try and get rid of the extra fifteen pounds that seem to leave her hips alone. Alicia Rivera - as sneaky as she is beautiful, Alicia floats easily under the adult radar because she is so 'sweet'. Would love to take Massie's throne any day. Might just do it... Kristen Gregory - Kristen has been dying to fit in ever since her parents went broke. She's smart, hard-working and will insult you to tears faster then you can say 'scholarship kid'. Claire Lyons - the new girl from Florida, Claire is staying at a guesthouse on Massie's fmaily estate. She is definetly not Clique material, yet Massie's family insist she keep her in the gang. Claire's future looks worse than a bad Prada knock-off, but with a little luck and a lot of scheming, she might just come up smelling of Chanel No. 19...

Official Publication Date: 4th October 2004

2. Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
For Nora Grey, romance was never part of the plan. She's never been attracted to the guys of her school,no matter how much her best friend Vee pushes them towards her. Until she met Patch. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Norma is drawn to him against her better judgement. But after a series of terryfing encounters, Nora is not sure who to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is, and knows more about her then her closest friends. She can't decide whether to fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek out some answers, she finds herself near a truth way more unsettling than Patch is. For Nora is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that has fallen - and when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice could cost her her life.

Official Publication Date: 29 October 2009

3. The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory
Mary Boleyn attracts the attention of the young king and becomes his mistress; when he tires of her, she sets out to school her sister, Anne, as a replacement. Politics and passion are inextricably bound together in this compelling drama. The Boleyn family is keen to rise through the ranks of society, and what better way to attract the attention of the most powerful in the land then to place their most beautiful young woman at court? But Mary becomes the King's mistress at a time of change. He needs his personal pleasures, but he also needs a heir. The unthinkable happens and the course of English history is irrevocably changed. For the women at the heart of the storm, they only have one weapon; and when it is no longer enough to be his mistress, Mary must groom her younger sister in the ways of the king.
Official Publication Date (paperback); 28 May 2007.
